Our liquid eyeliner has a capillary system brush allowing exactly the right amount of eyeliner to flow through the brush to be applied to the eye. With a built-in, retractable kohl pencil at the other end, applying eyeliner has never been easier.
Apply the waterproof liner by pressing the super fine tip into the roots of the lashes and extending the line at a 45 degree angle at the end of the lashes to create a flick. Line the lower lashes and the waterline of the eye if desired using the smooth kohl pencil.
